The 20' (6m) BASIC Office Container is the most budget-friendly option in our range. It's insulated with 100 mm of wool insulation, making it suitable for European winter conditions and year-round use. This container is fully equipped and ready to use, featuring a standard access door, two windows, lights, and two electric radiators. The exterior color is light grey (RAL 7035), while the interior is white with a grey 2mm PVC floor. With white interior surfaces and an indoor height of 2,520 mm, it provides a well-lit interior space, covering an area of approximately 12.5 m2.
The 20' BASIC Office Container is versatile and can be customized with various accessories and layouts to suit your needs. Common accessories include air source heat pumps, computer sockets, heat recovery ventilation machines, and additional windows. The container's windows come with standard aluminum roller shutters, allowing you to securely close them, especially at night.
Handling the container is convenient, as it can be lifted with a crane from the corner pieces or moved using forklift pockets. Additionally, these containers can be linked together, and power is supplied through a 5-pin, 32A socket, which can be converted to 16A with an adapter. This flexibility makes it adaptable for a wide range of applications and configurations.
You can choose the position of the windows and the door. The Basic Container is only suitable for an individual space and cannot be combined into larger units. Premium spaces are used to build large units and special models.
